Tuition Reimbursement

The WICSD tuition reimbursement plan is administered as follows:

  • Courses to be considered for tuition reimbursement must relate directly to the staff member's present assignment.
  • Prior approval must be granted a minimum of two weeks in advance of course registration.
  • Use the form "Application for Tuition Reimbursement" for communicating requests. Forms are available through school secretaries or the Personnel Office (Ext. 62995 or adrinne_raines@westiron.monroe.edu). Completed forms need Principal/Administrator signed approval before being submitted to the Personnel Office for final approval.
  • Successfully completed courses shall be approved for reimbursement upon receipt of an official transcript and proof of payment.
