Daily Health Screening

Any West Irondequoit student coming to school in person must complete a daily health screen prior to arrival. This is mandatory and also impacts remote learners if they are coming to buildings for any services. We are using upstatescreening.com to do this. This mandatory screening must be done daily by parents/guardians. During arrival, our staff will identify which students have not completed their health screening and follow up with those students as needed. The district will begin using the system on the first day of school, Thursday, September 10. However, parents should log in and access their upstatescreening.com  account before Sept. 10. Directions on setting up the account are demonstrated in the video below.



Please practice this quick health screening process before Thursday. Results entered from health screens prior to Sept. 10th will be disregarded. If you do not receive the setup email from upstatescreening within 10 minutes, please check your junk email folder. If you do not find it, contact your child(ren)’s school main office. Building phone numbers are listed below:
