Facilities Use

Groups wishing to use school facilities must apply using the reservation link below (step #2). All facility use requests are completed online with a user account. If you are a new user, you must register for a new user account (step #1).
Detailed terms of the Use of School Facilities are listed in the agreement included in the online request process and must be adhered to by the organization completing the application. All reservations are to be approved by and at the discretion of WICSD. If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that fees may be charged to offset associated costs. Anyone using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the District. An adult 21 years of age and older must be present at all times.
