The Monroe County Department of Public Health reported today that three Irondequoit High School students have tested positive for COVID-19. There were no close contacts found related to students or staff. According to the MCDPH, all three cases are the result of community spread. Two of the students last attended in-person instruction on November 5th, the other’s last day was October 29th.

If the MCDPH does not contact you or your child, there is no risk of exposure. As you know per federal privacy laws, we cannot disclose more details or personally identifiable information about COVID-19 cases.
