Information below pertains to activities prior to March, 2020.
We hope to reopen at some point in the future.

Prior to COVID, the Fitness Center was open to  WI community members. The center is used extensively by student athletes and physical education classes.  It is open to West Irondequoit residents high school age and older during select community hours.


Hours:

Monday - 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday - 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday - 6:30-7:30 p.m. 

Cost:

There is no charge for current IHS students only.

All other adults including college students- $10 for one month pass or $3 per visit.

Equipment:

-free weights
-treadmill
-elliptical
-stationary bikes
-additional upper and lower body strengthening equipment 

The facility will be supervised at all times, but personal training services are not available. The center is located on the first floor of Irondequoit High School (260 Cooper Rd.) and is most easily accessed from entrance #3 at the north end of the building.
