On May 15, residents will be asked to vote for a capital project, the scope of which is detailed below. Proposed work includes renovations, repairs and improvements to maintain our properties. All of the work is taken from the district's Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan.
The total cost of the project is $9,625,382.
$6,000,000 from our already established Capital Reserve Fund
$3,625,382 State Building Aid
There would be no increase to the tax rate.
