Parent Connection Presentation

West Irondequoit Health Educators, Nancy Matroniano and Katie Resch, will present an overview of the district's Health Curriculum for grades 7-12.  Discussion will include course outlines and the current focus on skills along with health content including the NYS mandates around HIV/AIDS education.  In addition, the presenters will discuss the new portfolio approach to health, demonstrate sample lessons and allow time for questions and answers.
